What to Expect
Active with ARC takes place on Thursday afternoons and promotes healthy habits in a supportive environment while providing opportunities to socialize and stay active. In the summer months, the group enjoys a beautiful nature walk in Wascana Park. When the snow starts falling, the group moves indoors to the Fieldhouse, where participants can use fitness equipment, play badminton, and walk the indoor track.
Please note:
An active ARC membership is required for participation.
Participants must RSVP prior to attending.
Participants meet directly at the activity location and are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
