Residential Support Worker
Join our service delivery team, as a Casual Residential Support Worker! In this role, you will provide person-centered coaching to help build practical skills, confidence, self-determination and community connections to the Autistic adults supported at the ARC home. The role also supports a safe, respectful and well-managed home and responds appropriately to health, medication, emotional, and emergency needs.
