Therapeutic Intervention Program

The Therapeutic Intervention Program (TIP) is offered to individuals receiving Intensive Services from ARC. Clients are paired with a worker who is trained by the ARC Developmental Consultant. The program takes place in the either the worker or the client’s home and in the community, and occurs once/week for a maximum of three hours. The Therapeutic Interventionst implements their assigned client’s Individual Planned Program (IPP) throughout each outing. Areas that are focused on during the TI program are such things as vocational skills, academics, communication, meal-making abilities, and increasing overall independence.
